: Descendants of The Sun is a soap opera broadcast starting 24/2/2016 every Wednesday and Thursday on KBS Korea, every Wednesday and Thursday at 21:00 it is broadcast on iQYI simultaneously with Korea, VIP members can watch without time difference, non-members have to wait 1 weeks later. Describes the story of a UN peacekeeping special forces officer, Yo Shi Jin (Song Joong Ki), falling in love with surgeon Kang Mo Yeon (Song Hye Kyo) at first sight, but both of them stagnate because they don't understand each other's work. Seo Dae Young (Jin Goo), a colleague of Shi Jin, broke up with his girlfriend Yoon Myung Joo (Kim Ji Won) because of their completely different family backgrounds. An unexpected overseas presence, four people meet elsewhere.
